What it is

All the operations of rural and environmental valuation: farmland and rural buildings, tree crops and standing crops, damages (weather events, wildlife, fires, pollution), expropriation compensation and easements (power lines, pipelines, buffer strips), environmental assets. Sworn appraisals when required.

When it is needed

  • Sales, divisions and successions.
  • Damages to quantify towards insurers or counterparties.
  • Expropriations and easements: checking the compensation offered.
  • Contributions in kind, balance sheets and guarantees.
  • Value of trees and environmental assets (fellings, offsets).

Site visit and survey, choice and declaration of the valuation method (comparative, income capitalisation, analytical), documented market sources and a transparent, repeatable calculation.
