What it is
Green design for public bodies and private clients: new parks and gardens, renewals, street trees, school and sports green. Species selection follows soil, climate and function; layouts, systems and maintenance are decided at design stage.
For public administrations the reference is Italy's Minimum Environmental Criteria for public green (Ministerial Decree of 10 March 2020), binding in public contracts for design and management.
When it is needed
- New green areas or renewal of existing ones.
- Public contracts subject to the green procurement criteria.
- Street trees: new rows, replacements, species selection.
- De-paving, shading, urban heat island mitigation.
- Municipal green plans and regulations.
How I work
Site survey (GIS included), a shared concept and a complete design: drawings, species list with selection criteria, bill of quantities and maintenance plan. Works supervision through to final testing, if needed.
What you get
A buildable, tender-ready design, with the right species in the right place and management costs that stay sustainable over time.
Well-designed green costs less than the wrong one: maintenance is decided on paper.
