What it is
Agronomic works supervision and final testing for public and private green works: checks on nursery stock (quality, varietal conformity, root balls and root systems), on operations and substrates, works accounting and the completion certificate.
In public contracts the role fits within Italy's public-contracts code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) and the green procurement criteria.
When it is needed
- Sites for new parks, gardens and street trees.
- Nursery supplies to check on arrival.
- Establishment warranty to enforce.
- Progress reports and works accounting.
- Final testing or completion certificate.
How I work
Scheduled site visits at the critical stages — setting out, supply, planting, seeding — with reports and photographic records, accounting and a final check with a list of remediations.
